Alan Graff
Attorney Alan Graff has a tenacious attitude, strategic approach, and a passion for helping individuals on a personal level. In the area of criminal defense, Alan has recently obtained Not Guility verdicts in Criminal Sexual Conduct and Domestic Violence cases.
Alan earned his Juris Doctor from the Thomas Cooley Law school in 2002 and was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in the same year. He served as an editor on Law Review and was a recipient of an Honors Scholarship. Prior to law school, Alan received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Wayne State University and a Master's Degree from Walsh College.
Before practicing law, Alan served as a judicial clerk in Oakland County Circuit Court. In this capacity, he gained knowledge and a unique perspective of the inner workings of the court system.

[Client Name], 38, of Farmington Hills faced up to 2 years in prison after an 18-year-old neighbor accused [Client Name] of grabbing the neighbor's genitals. The neighbor testified he slapped [Client Name's] hand away once but the second time [Client Name] grabbed him. There were no other witnesses or evidence. The trial began in the morning, and he was acquitted before lunch, said his lawyer Alan Graff. "One person said it happened, and the other said it didn't," he said. "You think they'd have more than that."
